What is the delivery time for orders within Australia?
Street address orders are sent by courier which takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
This is a tracked, signature-required service.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
We will contact you by email or phone to let you know that your order has been delayed and if possible, an estimated time when we will ship it out to you. If the out-of-stock item is going to be out of stock for a while and your order contains other products that are in stock, we will ask you whether you want the in-stock products sent right away with the rest put on back order or if you are happy to wait for everything to be sent out together.
Can I order over the phone?
Not at this stage.
Can I have an order delivered to someone else or to another address?
Yes, you can simply keep your address details in the “billing address” section and add their delivery address to the “shipping address” section. Uncheck the box which says “Ship to the same address” this will then allow you to enter a different shipping address. Alternatively you can also put their address in both the billing and shipping fields.
Can I pay by direct deposit/bank transfer into your bank account?
Yes. To pay for an order by direct deposit, simply place your order as usual on our website but on the checkout page select “direct deposit” as your method of payment. You will then see our bank details on the screen. We have an account with the National Bank of Australia,
When do credit card payments get processed?
As soon as you submit your order online.
How safe are credit card payments over the internet?
Very safe. We use PAYPAL. We don’t actually store your card at all – the transaction itself is done on their server.
Which courier/shipping service do you use?
Fastway couriers are our choice of service provider. We may also use Auspost as necessary.
