Considered the ideal ‘sattvic’ (pure) food in Ayurvedic medicine and called the “true food of the gods” by Hindus.

Ghee is a form of clarified butter, originating in Ancient India. Sourced from grass-fed cows and traditionally hand made in Australia by gently heating organic unsalted butter until the milk solids separate from the golden liquid. Once separated, the milk solids and impurities (lactose + casein) are removed.

This method results in pure butterfat which retains all nutrients while keeping the delicious nutty, caramel-like taste and aroma that Cell Squared Ghee is known for.
